Returns, Alterations & Exchanges
All jewellery (except earrings and sale items) & skin products can be returned for an exchange or refund, providing the item is returned in the original condition the customer received it, unworn (security seals still in place unbroken on skincare). The item must be returned within 7 days of receiving it. To return please contact Earthstone via the 'Contact' tab with details. Returns are done so at the cost of the customer, we do recommend sending tracked postage for returns.
Refunds and exchanges cannot be issued until the item has been received at Earthstone.
Custom made jewellery is not eligible for a refund or exchanges. Alterations can be made to the piece, however any changes may incur extra costs at the customers expense, this will always be discussed with the customer prior to any alterations.
Earrings and items purchased on sale cannot be returned for refunds, exchanges or alterations, sale is final.
We ship domestically and internationally. Postage is automatically added at checkout for the UK & international. If you require 24hr postage please contact me directly through the contact tab to arrange.
Please allow a few extra days to the estimated time frames for postage above for postal service delays & import time frames, we have no control over this.
Any extra fees for import or taxes are to be paid for by the customer, Earthstone will not cover these costs.
For larger orders of multiple pieces where postage costs exceed the above, Earthstone has the right to invoice the customer to cover any additional postage charges. Extra postage costs must be paid in full before the order is posted/shipped.
